Help please: Convert alias F3^C, F2H^C to MDL without alias

Dear All,

  I have a mol file US8759537_46.mol with alias group F3^C and F2H^C.  I tried to use jchem_standardize.java utilizing jchem_standardize.xml to eliminate F3^C and F2H^C, but failed.  Your assistance is highly appreciated.

Check the documentation of the Alias to Group action. Follow the link in sentence "The list of alias and pseudo atoms can be customized by extending the built-in abbreviated groups dictionary."
